U.S. Shipping: All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 2 business days of your order date. Once your items are packaged and sent out, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase with tags and receipt.
All sales final on glassware, jewelry and headwear.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and processed, we will notify you via email that we have received your item(s) within 48 hours. Please allow 5-7 business days to see a refund.
Please include the original packing slip or order number with your items when you mail them back.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your shipped item.
You may also return your item(s) to our store.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, we recommend emailing us to make sure that we have the size you are looking for. We will then hold the item for 5 days while we await the return of your original item.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges after 14 days cannot be accepted.
The original shipping charge is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any item you exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, with tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. If we receive any item in an unsellable condition, you will be notified and the items will be returned to you.
